1. General Policy on Digital Goods
At ValidCode Solutions, we provide high-quality digital software assets, including source code, templates, and deployment scripts. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, and because the source code is fully accessible immediately upon delivery, no refunds are provided on downloaded digital assets and source code.
By completing a purchase with ValidCode Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once the digital product has been delivered to you via WhatsApp, email, or any other secure download method.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Unlike physical goods, digital source code cannot be physically returned. Once you receive the code, you have full access to our intellectual property. Providing refunds on raw source code exposes our business to unauthorized copying and piracy. Therefore, to protect the integrity of our products and the investments of our legitimate customers, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on digital downloads.
3. Exceptions (Managed Setup and Enterprise Services)
While the digital assets themselves are non-refundable, our "Managed Setup" and "Premium Enterprise" tiers include a deployment guarantee. If you purchase a tier that includes our "Done-For-You" deployment services, the following exceptions apply:
- Failure to Deliver: If our engineering team is technically unable to deploy the purchased asset to your server within the agreed timeframe due to a fault in our code, and we cannot rectify the issue, we will issue a refund for the service portion of the purchase.
- Unstarted Services: If you cancel a Managed Setup or Enterprise purchase before our engineers have begun the deployment process or handed over the source code, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
4. Our Standards Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the quality of our engineering. As outlined on our Engineering Standards page, if any delivered codebase materially fails to meet the standards we advertise (e.g., it contains type errors out of the box, fails its own test suite, or is missing the advertised CI/CD configuration), we commit to fixing the issue free of charge. If we cannot resolve a material defect that breaks the core functionality out-of-the-box, we will review the case for a potential refund or credit at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Any attempt to issue a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital asset will result in the immediate termination of your license (EULA) to use the product. We will also submit all logs, delivery confirmations, and communication records to the payment gateway to resolve the dispute.
